Volunteers Needed
August 27th Teachers’ In-Service Luncheon - ‘Summer’s End Picnic’ hosted by Senior Parents

We need volunteers for food donations as well as
10:00 a.m. set-up and 2:00 p.m. clean-up activities.

Main Food Items [service for 55]:

Chicken Caesar Salads – 6 large [serve 10 each]
Cold Cuts, Cheese Platters – 6 [serve 10 each]
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles [for finger sandwiches]
Rolls [5 dozen for finger sandwiches]
Pasta, Macaroni, Potato Salads
Veggies/Fruits of the Season
Pies, Brownies, Cookies

Set-up & Clean-up (4 volunteers each)
